Lucrar.pt is not a newsroom with thirty people on the floor. It is a small operation by choice: me at the centre, deciding and signing off on what goes out, and specialists hired for each function. This page shows the structure as it is.

I run the company and I decide what gets published. The analysis, the opinion and the responsibility are mine, which is why the CMVM registration is personal and not the company’s. Everything else can be delegated. This cannot.
The structure
What you see here are functions, not photographs. Almost everything runs on outsourcing, with specialists hired for whatever is on the table, so the people change. The function is what stays.

Website, app, smart contracts and the game. Several developers, each on their own layer.

Video editing, thumbnails, subtitles and publishing. The script and the analysis come from me.

Hire the function, not the seat
A large fixed team forces you to produce in order to justify salaries. I would rather call in someone who is genuinely good at a function, at the moment that function is needed.
What never leaves this desk
The analysis, the numbers and the opinion. None of it is written by an agency or by someone who will not sign their name to it.
Who answers for it
I do. If there is an error in an analysis or in a piece of content, the person responsible has a name and is on this page.
